Returns, Refunds and Importing Laws

Flavor West MFG LLC has a very strict policy; no returns, no refunds, no exchanges, etc. Due to the nature of our flavoring being considered "food products", they cannot come back as an exchange or a return.

Shipping internationally? Please check with local laws and regulations when importing into your country. Any charges, customs duties, import fees, taxes etc. are the obligation of the customer. Flavor West MFG LLC will not be responsible for customs seizers or discards. Flavor West MFG LLC also will not pay for any return shipping fees or custom duty fees that might accrue.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
